My God is
faithful, and this I know.
His promises
wake me every morning,
They give
me a new hope every evening.
He said he’ll
never forsake me,
He said he’ll
never leave my hand.
In times of
trouble, he will carry me;
In his
arms, I know I am safe.
His unfailing
love surrounds me,
His majesty
fills me with awe.
He told the
sun when to rise and set,
He told the
moon to shine bright in the night.
He made the
stars in a puff of breath, and placed them in the sky.
He is my
God, and takes care of me.
I know his
love, I know his mercy!
I’ll tell
the world about Him; the King is coming back again.
